Contact your vendors via the communications tool to secure the vendor best suited for your event. Your vendors may also access the vendor management tool to view events and resources relevant to them.

Communication and Tracking

Each client and vendor account is instantly linked to your communication logging, saving each chat and email discussion within your management tool. Client accounts also feature a journal that your client can use for notes, as well as a checklist that communicates to all parties what has been done, and what is left to do in preparation of the wedding event. With our communication tracking capability, you will no longer have to search for a discussed detail – it is all maintained inside your client’s account.

Marketing

Once you activate your WedPro account and your clients’ BridalSites, your company logo will display on all Wedding Websites. This is great exposure for your business with no additional cost to you! Use the email marketing feature to follow up with past clients and new leads, and even set up an additional website with the Wedding Consultant Marketing Site (WCMS) to take advantage of another great marketing opportunity. You also have the advantage of unlimited link tracking from online advertising spots to help you determine where your marketing dollars are most effective.

Event Management/Checklist/Calendar

Customize your calendar and set up reminders with the WedPro Event Management Tool. Track your events and appointments, share your calendar, and even color code your calendar events based on your preferences. The checklist within the tool has over 200 items to select from, and is further customizable for each account. Never miss an appointment or task with this feature!

Admin

Your back office is indeed the backbone of your management tool. All features are modular and only activated depending on your needs. Track your services and offerings, create and display custom or standard packages, and manage all event locations. Your admin section is where you control what you see, what your clients see, and what your vendors see within your WedPro business management tool.

Photo Store

The Photo Store is a wonderful profit sharing opportunity for you and your contracted photographer. Your clients will want to share their love and their union with family and friends, and what better way than with a photograph? Customize photo packages to fit the needs of individual clients, and watch your revenue climb!

Bridal Store

When your brides and grooms use the Bridal Store to order their wedding accessories, your business automatically receives a percentage of the profit on each item. Favors, welcome bag items, wedding party gifts, and ceremony accessories are all potential revenue-earning items for you. Convince your clients to “one-stop shop” in the Bridal Store !

Room Designer/RSVP

Arrange your event space exactly to fit your clients’ needs. Tables and chairs, plants, lighting, and the dance floor location are all easily placed with the convenient Room Designer. The “drag and drop” feature allows you to situate guest seating by moving them easily from the RSVP list to the room layout map.

The preliminary guest list can be uploaded by you or by the bride; the automated Phone RSVP tool lets your guests easily respond to the invitation by leaving a voice message, which is then converted into your system.

WC & BG Website Management

WedPro’s low monthly account fee also includes a marketing site for your business with personalized content management for all pages. Your bride can customize her personal wedding website from the planning area, and each separate section can be updated as often as the user wants.

BridalSite Package

Give your brides the option of having their own wedding website with BridalSite. Starting as low as $59 per year, the package is personalized with a domain name unique to your client. The BridalSite is located on a subdomain with free Google ads, and is built to include ads for your business. BridalSite is rich with great marketing enhancement features, and the more packages you sell, the faster your web presence will grow!
